ANDREW SNYDER
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Being in business for himself since 2008, Andrew knows firsthand the many challenges and opportunities that business owners face. Through working with business owners and high-income earners, Andrew has found that clients, before they met us had their money and other assets going in lots of different directions. Sometimes doing well individually, but not work to the client's fullest potential and almost never being driven by what the clients are trying to achieve. In his role as a personal CFO, he starts by getting clear on what matters most to our clients and why it's important. Only then can we implement a sound strategy that stands the test of time.
Andrew Snyder holds the series 6,63, 65, and 7 registrations. He also has his life/health licenses. Andrew is currently enrolled in the College for Financial Planning to earn his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor professional designation.
Andrew currently resides in Tuscaloosa Alabama with his wife Kaysi, and their three boys, Will, Cooper and Casyn. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, golf, and coaching little league baseball.
RACHEL SANSING

Rachel was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL. She grew up watching her mom dominate the mortgage lending field, while also running multiple side ventures. Rachel has been actively involved in the family business for many years and has bought and sold many real estate investments firsthand. Rachel started her own real estate business while she was in college and has seen and lived through the many benefits and difficulties of owning one. Rachel graduated from the University of Alabama magna cum laude in May of 2022. She currently has her Life and Health Insurance licenses and is exploring getting her FINRA registrations. She is here to help clients with service needs, case preparation, life insurance servicing, event and marketing coordination, and everything in between.
SAILOR CASTELLANO

Sailor Castellano is originally from a small town outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania called, Clarks Summit. Growing up, Sailor’s father owned an industrial electrical company which inspired her to own her own business one day. She witnessed firsthand the many challenges that are brought on by owning a small business. Which led her to pursue a degree from the University of Alabama in Finance and Economics, where she is currently enrolled. Her desire is to help business owners overcome the many challenges they face. Sailor came on board with Snyder and Associates in March of 2023. She is currently studying to obtain her Life and Health insurance licenses with the intention of becoming a licensed financial professional.
