Being in business for himself since 2008, Andrew knows firsthand the many challenges and opportunities that business owners face. Through working with business owners and high-income earners, Andrew has found that clients, before they met us had their money and other assets going in lots of different directions. Sometimes doing well individually, but not work to the client's fullest potential and almost never being driven by what the clients are trying to achieve. In his role as a personal CFO, he starts by getting clear on what matters most to our clients and why it's important. Only then can we implement a sound strategy that stands the test of time.
Andrew Snyder holds the FINRA series 6,63, 65, and 7 registrations. He also has his life/health licenses. Andrew holds the Wealth Management Certified Professional designation from the American College of Financial Services, a highly prestigious designation that focuses on wealth accumulation, goals based investing and risk management.
Andrew currently resides in Tuscaloosa Alabama with his wife Kaysi, and their three boys, Will, Cooper and Casyn. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, golf, and coaching little league baseball.

After graduating from the University of Alabama, Blake dedicated his professional career to the growth and understanding of business. He has held a variety of leadership and sales roles, including Outside Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Partner. Blake was instrumental in the startup of two successful companies focused on the steel market and has also held sales positions within the medical and software industries.
Blake holds his Life and Health Insurance License and has a strong passion for business, finance, and helping others plan for the future. He has passed his Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and is currently preparing for the Series 7 and Series 66 examinations as he works toward obtaining his FINRA registrations and enhancing the comprehensive financial guidance he provides to clients.
Outside of his professional life, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their son, Grant. He values being an active father and enjoys playing baseball with his son, as well as hunting, pickleball, and cheering on the Crimson Tide. Blake is actively involved in his church and local community and is deeply committed to serving others.

Licensed in Life and Health as well as Property and Casualty insurance, Jennifer is currently pursuing her FINRA registrations as she continues to expand her knowledge and professional expertise. She partners with clients and advisors throughout the planning process, overseeing client service, case preparation, operational coordination, life insurance administration, and event planning. Her dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and client-first approach helps ensure a seamless experience for every individual, family, and business owner she serves.
A lifelong believer in the importance of family and community, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Hunter, and their two children, Cayley and Jon. When she's not in the office, you'll likely find her at one of her children's sporting events, supporting them from the sidelines, following Alabama Crimson Tide athletics, enjoying time on the water, or exploring the mountains.

As an Associate Financial Advisor, Devin helps clients bring clarity, structure, and coordination to every area of their financial lives. With a strong visionary mindset, he excels at seeing possibilities before they fully take shape—then translating those ideas into clear, actionable strategies clients can confidently follow. Working closely with senior advisors, he supports the development, presentation, and implementation of personalized financial plans. Devin conducts in-depth client research, prepares investment proposals and financial projections, and monitors accounts to ensure each strategy continues moving in the right direction. His goal is to make the planning process seamless by organizing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and following through on key action items that keep clients on track.
Devin stays current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes, so clients receive guidance grounded in both care and expertise. He holds the SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations, as well as Life, Health insurance licenses across multiple states.
Devin lives in Northport with his wife, Kassidy, and their two-year-old daughter, Zoey, and they are, excited to welcome they're baby boy, Zander, in May 2026. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, vacationing at the beach, playing golf, and engaging in big-picture planning and “dreaming big” conversations. He finds purpose in helping families build a meaningful and financially confident future—and strives to bring that same dedication to every client he serves.

Cooper was born and raised in Dothan, AL. He grew up watching his father serve families through his work in the personal injury law field, which inspired Cooper to find his own way to make a difference in people’s lives. He is currently a senior at the University of Alabama, pursuing a degree in Financial Planning. Cooper has a strong passion for helping families build financial confidence and plan for the future. He is also an avid outdoorsman, with a deep love for hunting, fishing, and playing golf. Cooper is eager to begin his career in financial planning and looks forward to assisting clients with personalized strategies, case preparation, client service, and everything in between.
